Preparing the house and landscape…
Follow the curved drive to the cottage and its timber carport.
Drag to orbit. Scroll or pinch to zoom. Right-drag, or use two fingers, to pan.
Choose Interior, a room in the list, or a room on the floor plan. Drag to look around. Use W, A, S, D or the arrow controls to walk. Escape returns outside.
Dollhouse opens the roof and lowers the walls. Basement reveals the unfinished lower level. Try Golden lighting or the Guided tour for a different perspective.

This model follows the supplied 50% Design Development drawings: a stepped three-bedroom floor plan, unfinished basement, rear lanai, detached timber carport, and site arrangement.
The 50% Design Development set governs the model. The detailed roof plan and schedules take priority where the illustrations disagree. Furniture, landscaping, lighting, and undimensioned roof junctions are visual interpretations. The development drawings contain some conflicting details; this is an architectural experience, not a construction model.
The site plan improves the earlier estimated placement. NC OneMap aerial imagery and USGS terrain provide the wider context. Carroll Branch is mapped as an intermittent stream: the banks and water shown are illustrative, not a claim about current conditions.
